- Zachary Matthew Johnson, 20, 1517 S. 15th St., Adel, was arrested on an Adel original warrant for trespass and second-degree criminal mischief.

- Kum & Go Store of Adel reported a case of forgery in the 400 block of Nile Kinnick Drive S. Items were valued at $100.
- Linda Johnson of Adel reported a theft in the 500 block of Main Street. Items were valued at $40.
- Ashley Mae Smith, 27, 1208 Greene St., Adel, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Steven Michael Kerr, 28, 1008 Myrtle Av., Whiting, Ind., was arrested on an Adel original warrant for second-degree harassment.

- Jeffrey Baird of Adel reported a theft in the 500 block of Van Fossen Lane. Items were valued at $250.
- A vehicle driven by Melissa Dale of Des Moines was traveling westbound in the 900 block of Greene Street when a vehicle driven by Riata Snyder of Adel pulled out in front of Dale’s vehicle. Damage was estimated at $5,500.
- A vehicle driven by Mitchell Ireland of Adel turned a corner in the 900 block of S. 11th Street and struck a parked vehicle owned by Elizabeth Downing of Adel. Damage was estimated at $3,500.
- Elizabeth Holland of Adel reported identity theft in the 500 block of N. 13th Street. There was no loss.
