Hastings Funeral Home in Perry is in charge of arrangements for Avis Marie McDevitt, 84, of Perry, who died Nov. 19, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
Visitation with Rosary will be Monday, Nov. 23 at Hastings Funeral Home in Perry after 1 p.m., with family present from 5-7 p.m, and rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday Nov. 24 at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Perry, Iowa.
Avis is survived by her sons, Patrick (Maria) McDevitt of Las Vegas, Nev., Timothy (Sheri) McDevitt of Las Vegas, Nev. and Michael (Dana) McDevitt of Las Vegas, Nev.; daughters, Therese Wilkinson of Manitou Springs, Colo., Shannon (Randy) Schuhardt of Perry and Susan (Randy) Ryberg of Vista, Calif.; 22 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Zelda Alderson of Colorado Springs, Colo.; many nieces and nephews.
