- Mackenzie Paul Deaton, 26, of 105 1/2 E. Railroad St., Mingo, was cited and released for driving while suspended and failure to provide insurance.
- Jacob Chase Baughman, 18, of 207 Chestnut St., Minburn, was arrested at S. 15th and Main streets in Adel for possession of marijuana.
