- Korey Miller of Indianola was traveling north on U.S. Highway 169 when the tag axle on the cement mixer he was driving broke, causing the vehicle to veer onto the shoulder, cross the centerline and come to rest on its side in the west ditch. Minor injuries were reported.
*A criminal charge is merely and accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
