- Benjamin Zargarian of 105 Percival Ave. in Dallas Center reported the theft of gold coins and jewelry from his home.
- Daniel Kashgen Hellmers, 26, of 1818 E. Walnut St., Des Moines, was arrested on Sportsman’s Club Road in Dallas Center for driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Christopher Cave of Waukee was traveling in the 21000 block of Old Highway 6 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $4,000.
- Collin Gross of Linden was backing out of a garage at 515 Nile Kinnick Drive and struck a parked and unoccupied vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at $1,200.

- Jose Vargas-Orellana of Perry was traveling west in the 17000 block of 130th Street when he lost control and went into the south ditch, rolling over and coming to rest upright. No injuries reported. Vargas-Orellana was cited for no valid driver’s license, open container, failure to provide proof of financial liability and failure to maintain control.

- Michelle Lee Hastings, 27, of 901 S.E. Oralabor Rd., Ankeny, was arrested in the 23000 block of 240th Street in Dallas Center for OWI.
- Jeremy James Frame, 18, of 35567 High St., Booneville, was cited and released in the 32000 block of N Avenue in Adel for possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Madison Rose Hendrickson, 19, of 2233 Lakewood Trail, Fort Dodge, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of theft.
