March 27, 2015

  • Kimberly Mae Smith, 34, of 307 N. Cedar St., Jefferson, was arrested on two warrants for probation violation on original charges of theft.
  • Shad Kirton of 2501 S.E. Covenant Dr., Grimes, reported someone kicked in the entry door to his garage and several items were missing.
  • Karen Sue Waltz, 55, of 1404 Jackson St., Redfield, was cited and released at 425 Second St., Redfield, for driving while suspended.
  • John Angel Parra, 22. of 802 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested in the 16000 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal for possession of a controlled substance.

March 28, 2015

  • Tinesha Lorane Johnson, 25, of 1335 E. 16th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
  • Bradley Stephen Davisson, 27, of 300 Beaver St., Bouton, was arrested on four warrants for failure to appear-violation of probation on original charges of domestic abuse assault and theft, assault causing bodily injury and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Kyle Lee Waddell, 24, of 3928 E. 25th St., Des Moines, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear on original charges of unauthorized use of credit card.
  • Aarmis Austin Gore, 20, of 932 59th, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on original charges of OWI and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Paul Bransford Jones, 45, of 1823 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while denied.
  • Thomas Michael Harry Davis, 40, of 108 ½ Nile Kinnick Dr. N., Adel, was arrested at 100 block of N. Seventh Street, Adel, for driving while license is suspended.

March 29, 2015

  • Dallas County Deputy Sheriffs responded to the 23000 block of 141st Court, Perry, for a motor vehicle crash.  Jacob Warren Clark, 18, of 2522 Warford St., Perry, was arrested for OWI.
  • Jessica Lynn Libby, 36, of 410 Walnut St., De Soto, was arrested at this address for domestic abuse assault.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
