- Terri Rene Miller, 56, of 16893 L Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

- Edwin Natanael Umana-Aguilar, 26, of 2825 S.E. 14th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for OWI.
