- Ousmane Camara, 26, of 2120 11th St., Emmetsburg, was arrested on a warrant for OWI.
- Echo Kay Fawn Kern, 36, of 1120 Polk Blvd., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for show-cause hearing on an original charge of domestic abuse assault.
- Steffanny Nguyen of Palacios, Texas, was southbound on U.S. Highway 169 and waiting to turn east onto U.S. Interstate 80 when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Cameron Heiniger of Mediapolis, who was traveling south on U.S. Highway 169. De Soto first responders examined both drivers. No injuries were reported. Heiniger was cited for failure to stop in an assured and clear distance. Damage to Heiniger’s vehicle was estimated at $5000 and $600 to Nguyen’s.

- Angie L Collins, 38, of 736 Dartmoor Dr., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license under suspension.
- Kaleb Samuel Dittert, 21, of 18443 240th St., Adel, was arrested in the 15000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal for OWI and driving while license suspended.

- Matthew Tyler Andorf, 36, of 415 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and failure to make support payments as ordered.
