Dennis Eaton, 76, of Bouton passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017, at his home.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 5 at 10 a.m. at the Lake Robbins Ballroom in rural Bouton. Visitation will be Thursday May 4 from 1-8 p.m., with family present to greet friends from 4-8 p.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry.
Burial will be in the Wall Lake Cemetery at Wall Lake, Iowa, at 1 p.m. After the graveside service, the family will gather for a celebration of life from 5-9 p.m. at the Lake Robbins Ballroom, and there will be food and beverages available for purchase at that time.

Dennis Kaye Eaton was born Feb. 8, 1941, in Carroll, Iowa, to Lyle and Velma (Tjaden) Eaton.
He attended school at Wall Lake, Iowa.
Dennis was united in marriage to Sandra Kaye Mohr in the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa, a marriage that lasted for 35 years.
He worked at Oscar Mayer for 26 years and at Farrier for 53 years.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Minburn.
Dennis enjoyed horse activities, hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra; parents, Lyle and Velma Eaton; and a son, Troy Allen Eaton.
Dennis is survived by his sons, Kevin (Cindy) Eaton of Winterset and Brad (Susie) Eaton of Ankeny; grandchildren, Roxanne, Lyndsey, Logan and Nicholas; sisters, Donna Reiter, Nelda Leighter, Diane (Gary) Wheeler, Debbie (Randall) Druivenga and Becky (Mike) Koessel; his companion, Marcie Alborn, and her daughter, Kandy (Denny) Putz; and a close family friend, Craig (Lisa) Jones.
