The Dallas County Sheriff’s office was notified and responded but not before the vehicle was pulled from the ditch and restored to running order. When the deputy sheriff arrived, the vehicle was gone.

The driver of a passenger received a tow from a friendly neighbor Wednesday morning near the bridge over the North Raccoon River on County Road P58. Neither party appeared to be intoxicated.
