Donna Bryant, 79, of Woodward passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at the Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 29 at 10:30 a.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry. Visitation will be Friday, April 28 from 1-7 p.m., with family present to greet friends from 5-7 p.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry. Burial will be at the Woodward Cemetery in Woodward.

Memorials will be given to Woodward-Granger sports and may be left at the Carris Family Funeral Home. Online condolences may be sent at www.carrisfuneralhome.com.

Donna Mae Bryant was born Nov. 1, 1937, at Geneva, Iowa, to Cecil E. and Emma Marie (Wilkinson) Craighton.

She attended school at Hampton, Iowa, graduating with the class of 1956.

She was united in marriage to Raymond LeRoy Bryant at Albert Lea, Minn., on Dec. 24, 1955.

Donna worked at the Woodward Resource Center as supervisor of laundry for 30 years.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening, doing house work, cooking, playing cards, ball games and attending her grandchildren’s sporting events.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond LeRoy Bryant; parents, Cecil and Emma Craighton; siblings, Iva Mahoric, Lavon “Bonnie” Hartkopp and Dean Craighton; two step-brothers; four step sisters; a step-daughter, Rayla Ryan; and her longtime friend, Junior “Foggy” Fogelson.

She is survived by her children, Dawn Bryan of Woodward, Connie (Dean) Meier of Woodward and Toni (Ross) Huney of Lake Panorama; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; siblings, Keith Craighton of Pensacola, Fla., Jack (Norma) Craighton of Mason City, Merna Barney of Los Angeles, Calif., Lyle (Linda) Craighton of LaGrange, Texas, her twin, Don Craighton of Pine Mountain Valley, Ga., Earl Craighton of Hubbard and Sharon (Clifton) Ruth of Park City, Mont.; and many, many nieces, nephews and friends.
