Mindfulness training at Perry Public Library

Join us at Perry Public Library for our March Lifelong Learners Coffee in the library large meeting room, where Emily Smith, LISW, from Prairie Wellness in Des Moines, will talk about the art of mindfulness. She will share her expertise on mindfulness practices and mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) and lead us in a guided meditation. This is a timely topic for stressful times, and this program is free and open to the public. Bring a friend, enjoy free coffee and learn something new.
