Warm temperatures and plentiful sunshine provided a comfortable setting Thursday for the first Farmer’s Market of 2017 in Perry. A handful of vendors were on hand to offer everything from craft items, home baked goods, produce, artwork, accessories and more.
Sponsored by the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce, the Farmer’s Market operates from 4-7 p.m. every Thursday through September at the Perry Marketplace, located in Caboose Park at the Raccoon River Valley Trailhead near First and Willis avenues in Perry.
Connie Metzler had a variety of wares for sale.
