The Perry girls basketball team held a fundraising car wash Friday at Clean Works Auto Wash.
The Jayettes drew a steady crowd from 1-5 p.m., offering a thorough wash with a smile and a free gift courtesy of the hosting business in exchange for a freewill donation. The girls attended to over 50 vehicles during the four-hour event.
