WINTERSET — Perry was in complete command of the their Raccoon River Conference contest with Winterset Friday, opening a 15-point halftime lead en route to a 53-34 victory.
The Jayettes held a 15-8 margin after one quarter, were ahead 28-13 at the intermission and had a 34-22 advantage after three frames.
Three Perry players scored in double-digits, with Grace Marburger hitting for 16 points while Taylor Lathrum and Emma Olejniczak added 10 points apiece. Jo Diw accounted for nine points, with Victoria Hegstrom providing four points and Mariah Duffy and Haileigh Kenyon two points apiece.
Macy Johnson led Winterset with 13 points, with Molly Eyerly adding 10.
