Jean Ellis, 96, of Clive and formerly of Minburn passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at her home in Clive.
According to her wishes, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry is assisting her family with the arrangements.
