  • A juvenile female requested to speak with an officer at the Greene County High School at 101 Ram Drive. The female reported to the school and then to the officer that she had been assaulted by her father at 1227 Rushridge Road. An officer is investigating.
  • Kum & Go reported the theft of a sign from the restroom at 303 N. Elm St. The business provided an officer footage from surveillance cameras showing a suspect enter and leaving the restroom. The officer is investigating.
  • Robert Billmeier reported receiving a scam phone call from someone posing as the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Billmeier did not suffer a loss.
  • The Iowa Department of Human Services spoke with an officer after receiving a formal complaint about narcotics being used in a Jefferson residence. The officer assisted the department with the sharing of information.
  • Tim Cadden reported witnessing several law enforcement vehicles running stop signs in the area of the Greene County Elementary School in the 400 block of W. Russell Street.
  • Alexis Jordan requested an officer at 507 W. Lincoln Way for a reported civil child custody issue.
  • Heather Wuebker reported criminal mischief occurring at 200 Hill Rose Lane. Unknown people placed piles of dry concrete behind the tires of her son’s vehicle. An officer is investigating.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
