- Officers assisted with a medical call in the 100 block of S. Cedar Street.
- Curt Hastings requested an officer in the 400 block of N. Vine Street. The officer met with Hastings, who voiced his complaints about construction occurring in the area. Crews are working to replace street curbs in the area, and Hastings felt his rights were being violated and wished for the officer to issue citations to the workers for parking issues and others. The officer explained to Hastings that construction workers are using the equipment in a construction area that has been closed off to through traffic.
- An officer arrested Dray Rivera, 26, of Jefferson on an outstanding Greene County arrest warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct.
- A traffic stop was performed at Elm Street and Lincoln Way, which resulted in Jacob Gassman of Bernard being issued a citation for dark windows.
- Tim Cadden requested a welfare check on a female in Des Moines whom he was unable to reach by phone. He was directed to Des Moines Police Department.
- An officer checked on a 911 hang-up call from 607 W. State St. The officer spoke with a group of young children about the importance of using 911 correctly.
- Cindy Rowland reported neighbors in the 900 block of N. Pinet Street placed a bag of dog feces on the roof of her residence. The officer spoke to all parties and attempted to diffuse issues in the neighborhood.
- An officer located an open gate at 101 Ram Drive and contacted a key holder with the issue.
- An officer issued a summons to appear for disorderly conduct to Melissa Sue Smith, 41, of Jefferson and Branden Gerrick Smith, 40, of Jefferson. The charges stemmed from a March 11 arrest of Branden Smith for driving while revoked. Both people were verbally yelling at pedestrians and officers during the event.
