- An officer assisted with a medical call in the 600 block of S. Olive Street.
- The Perry Police Department requested assistance in locating a vehicle and a person who was involved in an assault and vehicle accident in Perry. The officer did not locate the person in Jefferson.
- A traffic stop was performed at 220th and Elm streets, resulting in Wendy Sagastu of Clive being issued a citation for failure to obey a stop sign.
- Officers were requested at a residence in the 800 block of W. Washington Street to assist family members who feared a male might be suicidal. The officers were able to coax the unhappy male to the Greene County Medical Center Emergency Room to be evaluated by a physician.
- An officer located an open business door at 1108 N. Elm St.
