  • Amy Purdie spoke with an officer about incident that had occurred in August 2016 at 306 W. State St. Purdie wanted to report an incident that occurred between her children and their father. The officer is looking into the reported incident.
  • Meghan Gordon requested a welfare check on a female at 102 E. Washington St. The officer spoke to the female, who was fine.
  • An officer removed debris from the roadway at Elm and Russell streets.
  • An officer assisted the Greene County Hospital by taking paperwork to the magistrate for his signature.
  • Rodney Jesse of Deloit, Iowa, advised an officer his girlfriend was sitting in the parking lot of the Wild Rose Casino at 777 Wild Rose Lane. Jesse said she was extremely intoxicated, and he did not want her to drive home. He asked whether officers could locate her and make sure she did not drive. Officers searched for the vehicle but did not locate it.
  • Officers assisted with a medical call in the 1300 block of W. Lincoln Way.
  • Susan Sanders reported a burglary of her vehicle at 103 E. Park St. An electronic device was removed from the unlocked vehicle.
  • Susan Forkner reported an unlicensed driver operating a vehicle at 777 Wild Rose Lane. The officers did not locate the vehicle.
  • Officers assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of E. Clark St.
  • After failing to comply with a defect ticket issued during a traffic stop March 27, Derek Ott of Jefferson was issued a citation for failure to provide proof of financial liability.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
