  • An officer removed a raccoon from a live trap at 1202 W. Lincoln Way.
  • An officer assisted the Greene County EMS with a medical call in the 100 block of S. Walnut Street.
  • Vincent Ratliff said he received the IRS scam phone call. He ended the call and did not incur a loss.
  • Jim Hawk reported a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of W. Edgewood Street.
  • Kaleb Silbaugh reported a male in a minivan driving past his residence at 2301 S. Wilson Ave. over and over while his children play outside. The officers know the male in the van, but he is not doing anything illegal by driving on the public street.
  • A traffic stop was performed at 220th and Elm streets, resulting in Tyler Happe of Ogden being issued a citation for operation without registration.
  • Tanner Seil reported a German shepherd running loose in the 300 block of S. West Street. The officer returned the animal to its owner at 303 S. Grimmell Road and issued Michael Jason Godwin a citation for animal running at large.
  • Angela Thompson reported criminal mischief to her vehicle at 206 E. Washington St. The rear window was broken out of her 2015 Dodge Caravan. Damage was estimated at $500.
  • Greg Ruth reported someone in black clothing riding a bicycle in the 1800 block of N. Elm Street. An officer responded but did not locate the bicyclist.
  • An officer issued a parking violation notice in the 1100 block of McDuffie Drive for truck/RV/trailer parking.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
