Karen Fouch, 64, of Riverview, Fla., and formerly of Perry passed away Friday, June 2, 2017, in rural Bouton, Iowa.
Graveside services for Karen will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 6 at Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry. A memorial fund has been established in Karen’s name and may be left or sent to Murdock Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Fouch of Riverview, Fla.; two sons, Kelly (Jill) Fouch of College Station, Texas, and Nathan Fouch of Des Moines; two daughters, Lisa (Terry) Blair of Diamond Head Lake, Dexter, Iowa, and Zoe (Chris) Mars of Diamond Head Lake, Dexter, Iowa; one brother, David Modlin of Bouton; one sister, Jane (Randy) Knudtson of West Des Moines; and seven grandchildren.
