A Celebration of Life gathering for Larry Blaker, 81, of Perry will be held from 4-7 p.m. Friday, May 26 at the Perry Golf and Country Club. Larry passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
Memorials may be made in Larry’s name or to a charity of your choice.
Survivors include his wife, Pat Blaker of Perry; three sons, Jim (Cindy) Blaker of Colfax, Iowa, Joe (Julie) Blaker of Woodward and Tom Blaker of Sunnyvale, Calif.; one sister, Bobbette Fortney of Cedar Falls; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Alas, another member of our morning coffee klatch is partaking of that Heavenly Brew at a table where the cups are always full and hot.
