Devin Schroeder and Shaylena Bell work the the students at Perry Elementary School all year, sharing a love of music and teaching songs along the way.
On Thursday the fruits of that labor was on display as each class stepped up in front of the rest of the school to sing — and, in some cases, perform — a favorite song for their fellow students.
The multipurpose room was full of smiles and laughter to close the day, with each class clearly enjoying their time to shine while their audience was having nearly as much fun listening and watching.
