- Perry Police Department officers were the first on the scene of an accident on First Avenue near the intersection Park Street in Perry. Charles Morris, 82, of 2307 First Ave., Perry, was traveling northbound on First Avenue when his 2014 Jeep Cherokee was struck by a 2004 Mercury Monterey driven by Ana Maribel Sierra-Esquivel, 43, of 308 Pattee St., Perry.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
