- David Eric Oleson, 46, 305 10th St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant on a charge of probation violation.
- A caller from the Dallas County Sheriff’s office said a male called 911 and claimed a woman was “kidnapped and raped twice this week.” The 911 caller advised the sheriff’s office “not to call her because her husband would beat her up.” The sheriff’s office asked the Perry Police Department “to go to her residence to make sure she was okay.” Officers responded and found the alleged victim “was fine and seemed to not have any idea what officers were asking her about.”

- Tony Ray Meyers, 39, 1423 Evelyn St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant on a charge of domestic abuse assault.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
