June 13, 2017

  • A caller “requested assistance with removing a opossum from the window well of his house.” Officers responded and removed the opossum.
  • A caller reported a vehicle “parked the wrong way.” An officer responded and issued a citation.
  • A caller said “she found a meth pipe.” An officer responded and “took possession of the paraphernalia.”
  • A local merchant called and said he “received a counterfeit $50 bill.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “she accidentally locked herself out of her residence.” Officers responded.
  • A caller said “an older gentleman” was “making one of the workers uncomfortable.” Officers responded, and the “suspicious person” was asked to leave, and he complied.
  • A caller said she found a bicycle “by a tree near her house.” An officer responded.
  • A caller reported “a customer who became belligerent through the drive through who dropped their cell phone.” The caller said she “would like an officer to retrieve the cellphone that was left behind.” An officer responded.

June 14, 2017

  • A caller reported “a large tree branch in the middle of the road.” An officer responded and “moved the branch.”
  • A caller reported “a vehicle that just lost control, went into the ditch and rolled several times.” Officers responded.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
