November 3, 2016

  • A patrolling officer of the Perry Police Department “assisted an employee with her On Star as she had locked her keys in her vehicle.”
  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and said “he is still being threatened” by someone. An officer responded.
  • A caller said “she had just been assaulted by her father.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “his son’s bike is missing.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “she has not been able to get a hold of her granddaughter.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “her kids called her from home and advised her that there is a bullet hole in the window.” She said “her kids are nervous and crying.” Officers responded.
  • A caller said “she believes she has a female shoplifter.” Officers responded and issued a no-trespass order to the suspected shoplifter.

November 4, 2016

  • Joshua Lee Carmichael, 28, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A charge of first-offense OWI-drug related is pending laboratory results.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
