A Celebration of Life service for Rachel Jessie Watkins, 77, of Perry will be held from 4-7 p.m. Friday, May 19 at Hastings Funeral Home in Perry. Rachel died Saturday, May 13, 2017, at her home in Perry.
She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Seeman of Perry.
Hastings Funeral Home in Perry is in charge of arrangements.
