The sidewalk next to the water tower on the east side of Eighth Street between Warford Street and the alleyway will be closed for the duration of the water tower painting project, the Perry Water Works has announced.
Safety concerns are the reason for the sidewalk closure. The painting project is expected to last until June, according to Perry Water Works officials.
