A two-vehicle crack up about 3 p.m. Wednesday on Iowa Highway 141 in Perry led to the transport of one person to Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines by the Dallas County EMS.
The Perry Police Department responded to the incident, which occurred in the westbound lanes near the frontage road stoplights at Hy-Vee at 1215 141st St.
