The Perry City Hall announced Monday morning that Willis Avenue will be closed from Second to Third streets, including the intersection at Second Street, Monday, Aug, 28 from 6-9 p.m. for the ribbon cutting and unveiling ceremony for the “Born of Fire” sculpture.
