Perry hosts CMB at Dewey Field Friday for a scrimmage starting at 6 p.m. Admission is a bottle (or more, please!) of your favorite sports drink.

CMB’s football team will visit Dewey Field Friday for a scrimmage with Perry, beginning at 6 p.m. A Perry team parents meeting will be held at 5 p.m.

Your donation of a bottle (or more if you please) of your favorite sports drink will serve as admission to the scrimmage. The drinks will be used by the team throughout the season, and your generosity is appreciated.

Pork loin dinners off the grill will be served by the Perry Booster Club, with Boosters also manning the Jays Nest (located next to the concession stand) where fans can purchase the latest in Perry apparel and other items.

Perry opens their season with a pair of non-district games at Dewey Field, with North Polk to visit August 26 and Nevada September 2. The Bluejays will compete in Class 3A District 2 for each of the next two seasons, with Ballard, Boone, DC-G, Gilbert, Greene County, Iowa Falls-Alden and Webster City also in the district.
