- A hit and run accident occurred when a vehicle driven by Phyllis Hanke of Fontanelle was traveling westbound in the 25000 block of U.S. Highway 6 and a vehicle driven by an unknown male rear ended of Hanke’s vehicle. Damage was undetermined at this time.

- A motorcycle driven by David Schmidt of Minburn was traveling westbound in the 26000 block of U.S. Highway 6 when a vehicle driven by Christopher Oberembt of Dallas Center entered the highway and struck the rear of Schmidt’s vehicle. Damage was estimated at $5,500.
- Josef Shaw of Adel reported a theft/counterfeit in the 800 block of Greene Street. Estimated value was $240.
- Richard Corder, 58, 105 S. Fifth St., Adel, was arrested for first-offense OWI, first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.
- A vehicle driven by Dawn Kinzie of Adel was traveling northbound in the 1200 block of Nile Kinnick Drive S. when it struck a deer. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
