Cold-shooting from host Perry and a 15-7 run from ADM in the third quarter combined to lift the Tigers to a 51-36 win over the Jayettes in Raccoon River Conference basketball Tuesday.

Perry (4-6, 1-3) hit just 14-of-46 shots (30 percent) from the field while ADM (4-4, 3-1) connected on 21-of-40 (53 percent), a differential that, paired with a 31-15 advantage in the second half, helped send the Tigers home as victors.

Perry trailed 10-4 in the late stages of the first quarter but scored five of the last seven points to close to within 12-9, with the final points a 3-pointer at the horn from Grace Marburger.
