An Amber Alert was issued at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday for 10-year-old Breasia Terrell, who was last seen July 9 in Davenport.
Terrell is 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 75 pounds. She was last seen wearing an oversize white t-shirt, shorts and pink or white flip flops.
A suspect is in custody. Henry Earl Dinkins, 47, is believed to have information about Breasia’s whereabouts, according to the Davenport Police Department.
Dinkins was convicted of third-degree sexual abuse in 1990 in Scott County District Court. He was 17 years old at the time of the sexual assault, and the female victim was under the age of 14.
