The Iowa Department of Public Safety issued an AMBER Alert about 8 p.m. Wednesday for one child:
Nina Simone Williams, 14, who is 5’9″ and 262 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen about 3 p.m. on Creston Avenue in Des Moines, wearing a navy jogging suit and blue tennis shoes. Nina is autistic and nonverbal.
The abductor is Jessica Rae Williams, 36, who is 5’8″ and 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black shorts and brown animal-print flip flops.
The victim and abductor are believed to be traveling in a blue 2016 Chevy Cruze with license plate NSG589. Their destination in unknown.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Nina Simone Williams and Jessica Rae Williams is asked to call 911 or the Des Moines Police Department at 515-865-5547.
