Amber Alert issued for two missing Nebraska kids

An Amber Alert was cancelled Monday after Marco De La Garza, 7, left, and Isaac De La Garza, 4, center, found safe and sound. The children were believed to be in the company of Tanner Joel Leichleiter, 30.

The missing children are believed to be traveling in a white 2009 Ford Expedition with Nebraska plates 31-F325.

LINCOLN, Neb. — An Amber Alert was issued Monday morning for two boys believed abducted from Tekamah in eastern Nebraska.

The Tekamah Police Department is looking for Marco De La Garza, 7, and Isaac De La Garza, 4, who were last seen in Tekamah.

The children might be in the company of Tanner Joel Leichleiter. Leichleiter, 30, is a white male, 5’7″, 165 pounds, with green eyes and and brown hair.

According to the Nebraska State Patrol, they might be traveling in a white 2009 Ford Expedition with Nebraska plates 31-F325 that was last seen heading in an unknown direction.

The Nebraska State Patrol said this was not a random abduction.
