AMBER Alert issued for two toddlers from Toronto, Iowa

The AMBER Alert was cancelled about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday for 4-year-old Bryson Michael Jason Milroy, left, and Braxton Anthony James Milroy, 2, abducted early Tuesday in Toronto, Iowa.

The children’s abductor is Taylor Jason Milroy, 27, who is 5’8″ and 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

The Iowa Department of Public Safety issued an AMBER Alert at 12:34 a.m. Tuesday for two children:

Bryson Michael Jason Milroy, 4, who is 3’6″ and 40 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a yellow Batman hoodie and black and gray sweatpants.

Braxton Anthony James Milroy, 2, who is 2’6″ and 32 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with gray skulls and black jeans.

The children are believed to be traveling in a silver 2006 Hyundai Sonata with licence plate V809407.

The children were abducted from 345 Mill St. in Toronto, Iowa, and are possibly traveling to Colona, Ill., area.

The abductor is Taylor Jason Milroy, 27, who is 5’8″ and 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is believed to have made suicidal and homicidal statements.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Bryson Michael Jason Milroy and  Braxton Anthony James Milroy is asked to contact the Clinton County Sheriff’s office at 563 242-9211.

The goal of the AMBER Plan is for the safe recovery of missing children that a law enforcement agency believes have been abducted and are in danger of serious bodily harm or death. The AMBER Alert Activation is not to be used for runaway cases or parental abduction cases, unless the life of the child is in grave danger.
