Paul and Elaine Kelsey of Liberty, Missouri, will celebrate their 57th wedding anniversary Monday, Aug. 26, 2024.
Paul Kelsey is from Dawson and Elaine Marshall Kelsey is from Perry. They raised their family in Hampton, Iowa, over 48 years and just recently moved to Liberty, Missouri, in order to live closer to their four children.
The family would like to celebrate their happy day with a card shower and wanted to include people in the Perry and Dawson area as that is where Paul and Elaine got their start, and they returned to the area often over the years in order to visit their parents.
