KEOKUK, Iowa — The Keokuk Police Department and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation issued an Endangered Person Advisory Friday afternoon for 15–year-old Clarissa Young, who was reported missing Friday and located safe and sound Saturday.
Young has black hair and blue eyes. She stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 186 pounds.
Young was last known to have been with Shawn Carrell, 28, of Keokuk. They might be traveling in a white 1998 Dodge Ram with a red hood, with Iowa license plate OCG501 or Illinois license plate 2797815B.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Clarissa Young and Shawn Carrell is asked to contact the Lee County Communications Center at 319-372-1310 or call their local law enforcement agency.
