The ADM boys made it a sweep for the Tigers with a 78-66 victory over the Bluejays Tuesday night in Perry. ADM led the Perry Bluejays at halftime, 35-30, and never relinquished the lead.
Foul trouble plagued Shammond Ivory early. He drew his third foul with 0.3 seconds left in the first half. Ivory led first-half scoring for the Bluejays with 12 points. Kyle Nevitt added 10.
Ivory drew his fifth foul plus his second technical foul and was ejected from the game at 1:46 of third quarter. The Perry bench also drew a technical foul as the ADM lead swelled to 51-38.
At the end of three quarters, Perry trailed ADM 54-46. The Bluejay’s Janier Puente dominated the boards, racking up 16 points and an unofficial 8 rebounds.
