BONDURANT — A combined 166 allowed Bondurant-Farrar to defend their home course of Terrace Hills against Perry and Carlisle in a Raccoon River Conference boys golf triangular Tuesday. Perry was second with a 179, with Carlisle three shots back at 182.

Noah Wilkening led Perry with a runner-up medalist round of five-over par 40. Kade VanKirk turned in a 43, with Ryan Rathje shooting a 47 and Dane McCarty at 49. The team did not used the scores of 51 from Luke Rathje or of 53 from Tanner Darr. Tanner Duffy (49) and Tyler Soll (64) made the circuit for Perry as junior varsity players.

“We are continuing to improve, so that is a good thing,” Perry head coach Nick Field said. “Noah is consistent, but we need others to help him out.”

Jayden Brady of B-F was meet medalist with a 39. Fellow Bluejays Dylon Storey and Mason Storey had identical rounds of 42, with Isaac Hanson carding a 43. Jordan Collins (45) and Caleb Barnett (50) did not have their scores tabulated.

Nick Klier (43), Nate Snyder and Owen Durham (both 46) and Max Evans (47) scored for Carlisle, who discarded rounds from Garett Wilson (50) and Nate Guenther (56).

Perry returns to the links at 1 p.m. Thursday when they compete in the 18-hole Woodward-Granger Boys Invitational. They will then visit West Marshall Monday for the 18-hole Trojan Invite at Lincoln Valley Golf Course in State Center. Monday’s action begins at 8 a.m.
