The Perry Booster Club is asking fans to reveal their inner haberdasher by wearing, and participating in, an Ugly Christmas Sweater contest Friday.
The event is part of Booster Club Night when the Perry basketball teams host Carlisle for a Raccoon River Conference twin bill. The girls game will start the action at 6 p.m.
In addition to the sartorial eloquence sure to be on display, fans will also be able to pose for Christmas photos with the Bluejay. There will also be an area where bracelets will be made on site.
Bluejay, Jayette and Perry apparel will also be for sale, with special Christmas sale prices on many items. Free gift wrapping will be available for all purchases.
