The bridge over Panther Creek on 270th Street between J and K avenues will be closed for soil testing from Tuesday, Dec. 22 at 9 a.m. until Wednesday, Dec. 23 at 5 p.m., the Dallas County Secondary Roads Department announced Wednesday.
