Thunderstorm chances return to the forecast again Thursday afternoon into Thursday night, according to the National Weather Service. Storms may be strong to severe Thursday, with hail and gusty winds the primary threats.
The most favorable area for severe storms will reside across north-central into eastern Iowa.
