A one-vehicle mishap occurred on Iowa Highway 141 west of Woodward about 7 p.m. Saturday.
No injuries were reported.
The four-door sedan appeared to leave the roadway of the westbound lanes of Iowa Highway 141 and entered the median, coming to rest facing westerly. Front-end damage was visible.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s office responded and investigated the accident. A tow service was also on scene.
