Hastings Funeral Home in Perry is in charge of arrangements for Carolyn Atkins, 68, of Jamaica. Carolyn died Sept, 6, 2015, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10 at Hastings Funeral Home in Perry.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, Lewis; sons, John (Celestina) of Harker Heights, Texas, Pat (Jennifer) of Perry and Cory (Richele) of Perry; nine grandchildren; and brother, John George Hefley II of Alabama.
