DES MOINES, Iowa — Data from the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) indicate total COVID-19 deaths statewide in Iowa stood at 1,134 at about 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3. In Dallas County, 38 deaths have been reported.
The total for positive cases statewide stands at 67,061, including 2,417 in Dallas County.
