DES MOINES, Iowa — Data from the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) indicate total COVID-19 deaths statewide in Iowa stood at 1,294 at about 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23. In Dallas County, 38 deaths have been reported.
The total for positive cases statewide stands at 82,299, including 2,724 in Dallas County.
